What people ask before signing.

Why three components instead of a single per-user price?

Because your real cost depends on three distinct things: how much platform you need (users, assistants, workflows), how much conversation volume you process monthly, and how much hands-on help you want from our team to design and operate. Bundling it into a single price penalizes light users and subsidizes heavy ones. Separate is honest.

How is a conversation billed?

A conversation is a 24-hour window with a single contact, no matter how many messages or channels are exchanged. If the contact returns the next day, a new conversation opens. Overages are billed at pack rate.

Are consulting hours mandatory?

No for SPARK and CORE. But the first month of any deployment includes a block of hours (setup, prompt design, initial integration). From month two you can contract monthly blocks or keep the platform standalone. We recommend at least 4h/month during the first 6 months to iterate.

Do you accept local currency or only USD?

We bill in USD by default. For clients in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico we can bill in local currency at the day-of-invoice exchange rate. No FX surcharge.

What's the minimum contract commitment?

12 months for SPARK and CORE. 24 months for FORGE and BLAZE — with a platform discount ladder. Cancellation with 60 days notice outside the committed period. No penalty if the use case simply didn't work for you.

What happens to my company's data?

Yours, always. We process them to operate your deployment and never use them to train models. AWS regions supported (us-east-1 or sa-east-1) and isolated tenant from FORGE upward. BLAZE supports on-prem on your own infrastructure or a partner's.
